Biography

I am now a senior researcher at Microsoft Research Asia. I joined Microsoft in 2017 after receiving my Ph.D. degree from TSAIL Group in Department of Computer Science and Technology at Tsinghua University. I was jointly supervised by Prof. Bo Zhang and Prof. Jun Zhu.

Before that, I received the B.E. degree from Department of Computer Science and Technology of Harbin Institute of Technology in 2012.

My research interests are primarily on machine learning and its applications in natural language processing and data mining, especially latent feature models, probabilistic graphical models, Bayesian nonparametrics, reinforcement learning and deep learning.
